The winner of the Waverley and Waitotara Cup, Flying Handicap, and Momohaki Stakes to carry a penalty of 71bs in any other race at this meetiDg, not cumulative. 2. The winner of any lave of the value af £50 or over, after the declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 71bs in any race at this meeting. 3. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (back aud hunter excepted) and that is not at time of start, and has not teen during the tbree calendar months previous to the start nominated for any race (hack and hunter races excepted). 4. AH nominations must include description, age, pedigree, colours of rider, and name of owner ; horses in all cases to carry the said colours, and also numbered saddle cloth provided by the club. ' " 5. All nominations, with the necessary amount in net cash, must be in the bands of the Secretary at advertised time ; post marks will not be recognised on any pretext whatever. 6. All races to be run under the Wangaaui Metropolitan Rules of Racing. 7. No entry will be received for auy race except on the distinct condition that any andall claims, disputes, and objections which may arise in connection with the racing shall be settled by the Stewards or who they may appoint ; such decision to be final.
