The Rules and Conditions of Competition of the Caledonian Society of Wanganui have been adopted by the Association. Nominator are required to forward all performances for previous two years, up to date of closing ; if none during that period, then last three performances t be yiven. Bicycle Race coTipotitors, when nomi nitiog, shall state the name, weight, make tyre, and Hearing of machine they intend riding. All the Cycling events will bo carried out under fhs rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union and restricted to roadster machines. The Committee shall, if they think proper, re-handicap the winner of the Trial Bicycle Race in the other bicycle events. Nominations for all handicaps close at 8 p.m. on Friday, 10th December, 1897, to be accompanied by fees, without which none will be accepted.
