The winner of the Waverly and Waitotara Cup, Flying Handicap, and Momohaki stakes to carry a penalty of 71bs in any other race at this meeting, not cumulative. 2. A hack is a horse that has never von an advertised race (hack and huntei races excepted) and that is not at the time of> start, and that has not been durimg the three calendar months previous to the start,' nominated for any race (hack «nd hunter's races excepted). 3. All nominations must include description, age, pedigrees, colours of rider, and name of owner ; horses in all cases to cany the said colours, and also numbered saddle— cloth provided by the Olub. 4. All nominations, with the necessary amount in net cash, must be in the hands of the Secretary at advertised time, ; post marks will not be recognised on any pretext whatever. -, ■ *, 5. All races to be run under the Metropolitan Rules of Racing.
