The New Zsiland Institute of Surveyors Bill (practically the same measure as that which passed the Council last session), the Soa Fisheries Act Amendment Bill (which sought to protect the mussel beds and sponge beds on our coasts), the Supreme Court Act Amendment Bill, were read a second time on the Voices. They ars all Government treasures. Ths Cotmril fern at 3 p.m.
