FOOTBALL.
The following teams will represent the Star Club in their matches to-morrow:— Star II— W. Rock, G. Hopkins, J. Way, O. Webber, E. O'Carroll, W. Sadler, J. Jenkinson, W. Simpson, J. Gilleapie, R. Pearce, Stan. Smith, Buckley, Parker, Stroud, H. Moore ; Star HI— W. Birch, Sturmey, Jury, Jenkinson, Williamson, Moore, Ladner, Smith, J. Smith, Hook, Bellringer, O'Carroll, Elliot, Webber, Hopkins. •
A meeting of the Star Football Club was held in the Red House Hotel on Tuesday night for the purpose of considering matters connected with the selection of junior teams. Mr P. R. Carthew was in the chair, The matter was fully discussed, and it was finally decided to let the Selection Committee Rtand, Mr J. Elliot's (name being; substituted for Mr Beano, who was unable to spare the time to attend the meeting. An intf rasting First Junior Cup matoh will be played in the Recreation Grounds to-morrow, when Star 11. and Inglewood meet in return. When the teams met first at Inglewood Star just won. Since then, however, both teams have improved, and a really good game should be witnessed to-morrow.
Star 111. meet Inglewood 11. in a Second Junior Cup return match at Inglewood.
