TARANAKI ACCLIMATISATION SOCIETY. SHOOTING SEASON 1896. From Ist May to 30th June. THE shooting season for Native and Imported Gamo in the District, consisting of the Counties of Taranaki and Clifton (excepting the Mount Egmont Forest Reserve), will commence on the Ist May, and end on the 30th June, both days inolusivo. In the Mount Egmont Forest Reserve, being the area within the circumference of a circle having a radius of six miles from tho summit of Mount Egmont, the shooting of Native and Imported gamo is strictly prohibited at all times.
