Wellington, April 2.— The contributions of the officers of tho Post and Telegraph Department throughout the colony in aid of the Brunner Relief Fund at present amounts to £300, and advices from a large number of branches have yet to come in.

LOCAL SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Tho District Court of Foresters have voted £20 to tho Brunnor Relief Fund. Mr J. Buttorworth has already collected £27 towards the fund.
