MASTERTON SHOOTING AFFAIR.
ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Hasterton', June B.— Somerville was before the Court to-day, charged with-the murder -of Herbert. No new evidence was adduced. Accused was committed for trial. Prisoner throughout maintained an indifferent aspect, keenly watching the evidence,- especially McHuchon's, who had been talking to Herbert when the fatal shot was fired.
