TURF ITEMS. At St. Kilda (Dunedin) on Monday the racohorses of Messis Stephenson and Ilazlett were submitted to auction. Occident was sold to W. Crossan for 210gs ; Outpost was passed in at 130gs, Hippomenes at 250gs, and the Artillery — Fallacy filly at 30gs. There was no rjal bidding for Gipsy Gra'id, until Mr Allen offered 500gs without eliciting a response from the vendors. The piano and stables were not put up, and it is understood that the racing partnership will bo continued.
