Sir Edward Clarke, counsel for accused, made, an oloquent address to the jury, in which ho claimed an acquittal, on tho ground that the'chief wibness for the prosecution wns a man of questionable reputation. The judge iiims up to-day. Tho jury in Wildo and Taylor's caße disagreed, and were discharged. Bail was, however, refused to the accused.
