MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
A sitting of the above Court was held on Thursday, 27th December last, before Mr G. W. Gano and S. A. Breach, J.Ps'. Mary Ann Vickery applied for a pror hibition order, under section 167 of the a Licensing Act, against Benjamin Viekory, - her husband. Mary Ann, James, and Emily Vickery gave ovidence in support of tho application. Bonjamin Vickery opposed the order, and Mr Knobbs gave evidence. The application was granted p for 32 months. j , Folico applied for a renewal of a pro- . hibition order, under section 108 of the Licensing Act, against Kahikura of Opua. "r" r Kahikura did not oppose the application, which was grouted for 12 months.
