Any competitor performing underj ac assumed name will be disqualified. Handicaps will be declared on Wednesday, February 21st. Acceptances to be paid not later than 11 a.m. on the day of tho sports. Protests must bo in writing, and lodged in the hands of tho secretary within tea minutes of the declaration of the Judges' decision. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of ten shillings, which sum shall bo forfeited if the protest be not uphold by tho Committee, whose decision shall bo tinul. No priz* will be given for any event unless there are three competitors, no second prizo unless four competitors, and no third prize unless six competitors. Refreshments on tho grouud.
