SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTIONS.
The election of a School Committee took place at Waitura on Monday night, and resulted in the return of G. Pearce, S. W. Nicholls, W. Stoidart, H. T. Joll, B. Kyle, G. V. Tate, and E. A. Dugdale. The Committee elected at Stratford are E. Burgess, H. Chadwick, Hugger, Rowp, i Ailsworth, Reed, and Irvine. Mr Irvine was elected chairman. Tho Midhirst Committee are P. Andersen, M. H. Clark, F. Croffaki, D'Arcy Hamilton. H Robertson, J. Jones, and N . Schumacher. Mr Schumacher was elected chairman. The Oaonui Committee are G. W. Gane, J. Kirkwood, R. Malcolm, P. Silvester, R Pepperell. Mr Gano waj elected chairman, and Mr Silvester secretary.
