The Bonrd met oh Friday. Present : { Messrs Purr's, Bauchope, Corkill, and Wtetunn. Chairman- -In the absence of Mr T. King, the chair was tilled by Mr Parris. Transfer* — The appended were agreed to upon all papers, etc., beiug in order :—: — Sec 38, block 6, Huiroa, from J. Duoick to M. Dobeck ; sec 57, block 1, Ngaite, from S W Rife to W. A. Wright ; sec 218, Moa, from M. J. Jones to H. Brown. Co sent to Mortgage. — The Board agreed to tho mortgage o£ the following upon the solicitor ropor.iog papers in order : - sec 57, block 1 , Ngairo, and lot 1 of sec 10, block 3, Waimate O ss of Inspection. — The Board decided that in cases wbere the Hunger has to make a special report on any property, the co.-ts of such inspection shall be paid by the tenant to the Ranger. Beport on 3ec!ion. — The Ranger wa* instructed to inspect and report, on or before May 4, on sec 17, block 5, Ngairo, and tbe present condition and value of tho house thereon. Arrears. — A letter was received from Mr Roy, Taranaki County solicitor, with reference to rates duo to them by lessee of part sec 25, Waiwakaiho, — The Board decided to in'orm Mr Hine, jun., that if tho arrears of rent and rates are not paid on or before May 4 next, proceedings will be taken to recover the 6ame.
