CASE OF BREACH v. SALVATION ARMY.
TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, — Ploaso to correct tho good soldier's report in jour paper of Novembor 2nd, viz., "That although no written agreement had been signed the Army had carrie I <itt their verbal agre ment." This they i.dmitted in Court to be incorrect. If it had been tiuc that action would never have been brought. Tho learned lawyer for the defence snowed that I had taken an erroneous course, and should have sued them for damages in tho Supremo Court. I intend to act upon hia wise advice at tho end oi their term and sue thorn then for this there, as I can never think of taking over the placo in its present condition, except a part of the house. I will givo more explanation in posters. In the last action I only got halt' an hour's notice of the hearing of the case, and that by accident an t could not get my witnesses in consequence. I u'ill take Chro this will not be the case next time. — I am, &c, Somks Breach .
