in London against the Govettirucnfc were withdrawn. The Company hold a guarantee from the Government I'.r interest on half a million, under which the Government held the land a^ security. At a meeting of the Executive it was subsequently decided to withdraw the guarantee of interest, and after selecting land which the, Government are entitled to uadcr the guarantee, to hand over six thousand acres per mile to tho Company.
