Edward Humphries v. William Humphries Mr Roy for the plaintiff and Mr Govett for defendant.
In this case the plaintiff claimed £29 5s 8d bilanco on general account, and £54 IG3 41 balnnco on rent nc;.)iint Tho defendant put in a set off of £30 for services rendered in attending to plaintiff's bupiness for nine months during hie il'ness, and denied liability on the rent account.
Tha ( aso occupied Tuosday afternoon, the whole of Thursday, and was further adjourned until Monday for completion of evidence.
Tho case, it is expected, will last all Monday morning.
