Thursday, September 22.— Before W. Stuart, Esq., RM. [Continued from yesterday J]
On tho Court resuming at 2 o'clock Arthur Wooding gave evidence as to hi« sister going to Sudfeldt's for buttermilk, und hearing a scream. August Sudfoldt, son of accused, also gave evidence of the same nature.-Accused reserved his defence. — His Wotßhip committed accused for trial, bail being allowed in his own recognisance of £150, and one surety of £150. Tho Court rose.
