THE EGMONT FARMERS' UNION (Limited)- REPORT.
On Tuesday wo hold our bi-monthly sale at Rlanutahi. Very littlo stock - came forward, and there wore but few buyers, so that very little business was done, — On Wednesday, tho 13th inst., we hold our fortnightly salo in JEtawora. Tho yards woro only fairly well filled, and tho attendance was very small, so that wo experienced a dragging sale throughout. We quote: Fat bullocks £5 12s .Gd, 18--months Bteers £2 7s Gd to £2 10a 6d, fat cows £3 12s Gd to £4, 18-months heifers £2 5s to £2 Gs, calvoa and yearlings £1 10s to £2 2b Gd. Bhoop: Lambs 9b.
