Mr W. Bayly was severely kicked by a horso on tho right thigh at the back of Mr Calghor'u stables this (Thursday) afternoon. It appears that Mr Bayly was passing a horse, on whom he put his hand, ■when the animal lashed out and kicked him. Dr. Leatham^ who was passing, made a casual examination of tho injury, and then sent Mr Bayly to his residence in a cab, lie himsolf following on horseback.
