Melbourne, January 12. At a Cabinet meeting to-day, Mr Munro, the Premier, accepted the Agenfc-Genoralship, and Mr Shiels, succeeds Mr Munro as Premier. Sir F. T. Sargood and Hons IKvis, Ham, and Fraser, members of the Ministry in the Council, resign with Mr Munro, as they opposo the one man one vote principle, which is to be tho chief plank in the platform of tho re-constructed Ministry at the general election.
