Wednesday, November 18.— Before C. C. Kettle, Esq., Recorder, and Karena Te Maoa o Tawhaki, a Native Assessor. Adjourned. — Te Manukoroi, applicant, in respect of removal of restrictions in the Pukengahu Block. — Tho Court gave leave to Mr Hughes to appear for applicant. — The application was adjourned to December 1, at 11 a.m. — Emma Rolfe applied for removal of restrictions Bee. 103 (a), block 5, Waitara. — On Mr Standish's application an adjournment to December 1, waß granted. — Wi Weke applied for removal of lestrictions on sec 16, block 4, Waitara, and sec 33, block 4, Mimi. — Mr Samuel applied for an adjournment till December 1, applicant being too ill to attend. — Granted. — Eruini Rangirhau applied for removal of restrictions on sees 10 and 20. block 4, Waitara ; and seos 2.2 and 35, block 1, Upper Waitara. — Mr Hughes applied for an adjournment till December 1. — Granted. Struck Out.— Mareana Hawaiki applied for removal of restrictions on Pukengahu Block number 1. — There was no appearance of applicant, and the case was struck out. Tho Court rose.
