FIFTY DAYS' FAST.
London, September 19. Alexandra Jacques has completed his self-imposed fast of 50 days. Towards the end of the term lie suffered somewhat severely from gout, but to demonstrate that .his strength was not .materially reduced, lie carried Mr 'Kennedy, the mesmerist, twice across the room.
