Persons in want of furniture will do well to bear in mind the sale of Mr Mofflin's stock by Mr Newton King on Wednesday nejst, when a superior lot of furniture will be submitted to the hammer. Full parti outers of which will be leen on reference to advertisement. Mr Mofiiin having leased a portion of his premises, the stock must be cleared at any coat. On Wednesday next Mr Newton King will hold a clearing sale, at Omata, of Mr Albert Bayly's dairy and farm stock. In addition to the milch cows, which are all a desirable lot, a number of well-bred horses are to bo offered, as well as a number of store cattle and sheep. On Wednesday next Messrs Vickers and Stevens hold a clearing sale of the whole of Mr S. Ardern's dairy herd, and other cattle, dairy utensils, household furniture, farm and garden tools, horse, trap, and harness, at the farm, Tariki Road. Mr Ardern has decided to leave the district His cattle are well known as of exceptionally good quality, and the sale is without reserve. An express will leave Julian's Hotel, Inglewood, for the farm at 10 o'clock on the morning of the sale.
