ADDRESS TO THE HON. MR BRYCE.
We are pleased to learn that the Mayor and other prominent citizens intend to take the opportunity of the Hon. Mr Bryce passing through New Plymouth by tonight's train, to wait on him at the railway station and present an address of sympathy. Taranaki has profited by Mr Bryce's administration, and owes its present peace and prosperity largely to him. Wo feol Bure that the settlers throughout the district, although tliey make no demonstration, are indignant at the treatment which Mr Bryce has received from the Speaker and the Government.
