. LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. Tuesday, July 21. — The Speaker took the chair at 2.30 p.m. The Imprest Supply Bill for £175,000 passed through all its stages. Tho Public Bodies Powers Bill was read a second time. .The Aliens Act Amendment Bill, and Imbecile Passengers Bill were committed, and reported with slight amendments. 1 The Marriage Act Amendment Bill was further considered in Committee, and reported with amendments. Mr Buckley, on tho order for the second reading of the Suprome Court Bill being called on, asked instruction that it bo discharged from the order paper, and this was agreed to. The Council rose at 4 p.m.
