DalziePs Agency denies that two M.P.'s were among those arrested in Paris. PORTUGUESE SKIZHJ BRITISH STEAMEK, The members of the Willoughby expedition state they offered to pay duty to the Portuguese, and waited two days without a reply. They then proceeded up the Pnngwe, but the Portuguese opened fire and seized the steamers Agnes and Shark, which were towing lighters laden with provisions for the garrison at Port Salisbury. The Portuguese allege that a breach of the fiscal rules was committed, aud also that they intend fo prevent anyone entering Pungwe until Massikessa is evacuated. EXPED TIOM TO MASHONALAND. Capetown, April 21. Over 5,000 armed men are a convoy of the Boers expedition to Mashonaland. NEWFOUNDLAND FISHERIES DISPUTE. St. Johns, April 22. Scotidale, in Pennsylvania, is in a state of auarchy. A desperate mob surrounded the works firing guns and exploding bombs. The sheriff is powerless until troops arrive.
