Horses entitled to run at this meeting are those that have never won an advertised race, and are not entered for any racso at dato of entry or for b\s. montba previous thereto (Hack and Hunter Racos exoepted) 2. Jookejs^ to ride in colours. 3. No nomination or acceptance will be received under any pretence whatever, unless actually accompanied by tbe necessary amount payable. 4. Performances of horses must be sent in with nomination. 5. Colourß of riders to be Bent in with all acceptances on general entry night 6. No entry will be received for any race except upon conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of tbe racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present or those whom they may appoint. 7.
