RAILWAY TRAFFIC STOPPED BY SNOW
Naples, January 19. Owing to a fall of snow, railway traffic is stopped. REBELLION IS CHILE. Valparaiso, January 19. The rebellious fleet has menaced Valparaiso. The revolutionary movement is spreading into the interior. Nearly the whole of the Chilian army have joined the rebels. ■ The blockade of the coast ha? paralysed trade, and provisions have risen to famine .prices. UNITED STATES AMD OA.SA.DIAN v TiiADE. Washington, January 19. Secretary Blame proposes to complete the exchange with Canada, but Sir J. McDonald favors partial reciprocity only. The press supports the former.
