SCENE IN COUBT. [PEB FBKRS ASSOCIATION. J Chiustohurch, January 20. — In the Magistrate's Court this morning Daniel, i Anna, and Sarah . Jane Flanagan were 1 charged with child murder. The evidence adduced was similar to that given at the inquest. While detective O'Connor was giving evidence with reference to finding spots of blood on the clothing of Sarah Jane Flanagan she hysterically cried out, " There is no blood on my clothes. I can't stand it. It is all lies. If it was the truth I would not mind. Oh ! Johnny (to her brother), I murdered no one." It was some time before ehe could be calmed, but she kept repeating the same remark. A cabman saw the two women in the garden where the head was found. Counsel agreed there was no evidence against the father, but without avail. Mr, Mrs, and Miss Flanagan were then committed for trial at the Supreme Court.
