POLICE COURT. THIS DAY.
Wednesday, December 10.— Before C. C. Kettle, Esq., R.M. ILLEGALLY ON PREMISES. William Henry Crossley, a young man, was charged with beiDg found illegally on the premises of R. B. Honeyfield, in Queenstreet, on Tuesday night. Constable Roche arrested the accused, who was sleeping in a carriage in the stables. The aqcused pleaded guilty. Sergt. Duffin asked His Worship to dismiss the accused with a caution, as he had promised to leave the town. His Worship said he would record the conviction against the accused, who would come up for sentence when called upon. Accused (bowing): Thank you, Your Worship. Tho Court rose.
