FRENCH TAX ON WOOLS.
Paris, December 7. In the Chamber of Deputies, a proposal has been, made to impose a surtax of 360 francs per 100 kilos on Australian and Cape wools imported from England." The object of this tax is to facilitate the wool market at Dunkirk.
