[from our own correspondent.] Mv Elliot gave a political address hero on Friday night, Mr E. Marfell being in the chair. The candidate spoke at some i length, and at the conclusion of his address received a hearty vote of thanks, on the motion of Mr Glegg, seconded by Mr Billing.
