News per China Navigation steamer states that great indignation has been created at Canton through the raising of foreign trade import duties affecting cotton and cotton yarn. FATAL ACCIDENT AT A LAUNCH. During the launching of a vessel at Osaka, on board which a large crowd had assembled, she heeled over.
