Judgment for Plaintiff. — R. Cock v. J. Hannigan. Mr Samuel for plaintiff. Claim £2 16s 9d, costs £1 12s. Defendant did not appear. — Same v. W. Elliot. Mr Samuel for plaintiff. Claim £1 14s 3d, costs 16s 6d. Defendant did not appear. — M. Cunningham v. J. Hannigan. Mr Hughes for plaintiff. Claim 19s 6d for saddlery, and costs £1 12s 6d. Defendant did not appear. Adjourned Cash. — A. Standish v. S. W. Taylor. Mr Hughes for plaintiff. Defendant said he did not owe the money (£1 13s lOd), as he never employed the plaintiff. The case was adjourned in order to allow the Justices to hear it. — The case was resumed before His Worship the Mayor and Mr C. Rennell, J.P. Lewis Hamerton, managing clerk for Mr Standish, proved the costs were incurred, and judgment was given for plaintiff, with costs £1 3s 6d. The Court rose.
