Melbourne, May 20. A "Woolgrowers' Union has been formed, with a Council to enable all the Colonies to act in unison in cases of dispute.
Sydney, May 20.
In the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Dibbs suggested that the Federation debate should bo postponed, owiag to Sir H. Parkes' illness. The Premier requested the debate should proceed at the end of the week.
