Mr W. Wright's intention to put a town clock at his own expense, in the Central Chambers, at the corner of Devon and Brougham-Btreets, has been carried out. To-day (Saturday) Mr J. H. Parker watchmaker, had the clock fitted into the plac« in the building designed for it, and during the course of the day many people were observed j regulating their watches by the time indicated by the clock.
