THERE ARE NO STOPPAGES WHATEVER ?rom advances, either as Commission Bonus, or back payments, there is no series to start from, ioaus commence from the month in which the advance is made, and the Society prepares the Mortgage Deed free of cost, in cases where the loan ie for £100 and over, and for a period exceeding three years — a - concession grunted by very few, if any, other similar Societies. To person* who are paving rent, the advantage of joining is obvious — by paying to the Society for a limited number of years, they become purchasers of the property and make it a Freehold, a result never attained by paying rent to a Landlord.
