BICYCLE MEETING. Christchurch, December 28. The bicycle meeting was continued yesterday, when the two Australian riders again had the best of it. Fenlon won the 5 mile test race and Mayes the one mile race, but in the mile handicap Fenlon came in last in his heat with Mayes, the heat in which he rode. The final is run off on Saturday.
