THERE ARE NO STOPPAGSa WHATEVER FROM advances, either aa Commission Bonus, or back payments, there is no series to start from, loans commence from the month in which the advance is made, and the Society prepares the Mortgage Deed free of oost, in cases where the loan is for £100 and over, and for a period exceeding* three years — a concession granted by very few, if any, other similar Societies. To persons* who are paying rent, ihe advantage of joining is obvious — by piying to the Society for a limited number of years, they become purchasers of the property and make it a Freehold, a result never attained by paying rent to a Landlord.
