Satobdat, July 27.— Before His Honor Mr District Jndge Rawson. Uhdkfinded Cask.— D. Shuttleworth v. C. R. Gore. Claim, £34 14s 6d, being balance of a dishonored p.n. Mr Govett appeared for pluintiff ; defendant was not present — Judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount chimed, with costb £4 17b 6d. The Court rose.
