ANNUAL MEETING OF TARANAKI RIFLE VOLUNTEERS.
The adjourned annual meeting of the Taranaki Rifle Volunteers was held on Thursday, Jan. 30tb, in the Bondroom, when there was a fair attendance of members. Lieut. Okey was in the chair. Balance-sheet. — The balance-sheet, which was satisfactory, was held over for audit before being passed. Committees. — A Shooting Committee was elected, tbe members being Lieuts. Okey and Cock, Csl.-Sergt. Okey, Sergt Hooker, and Corporal Morton. — A Finance Committee was elected as follows : Capt. - Hoakin, Lieule. Okey and Cock, Col.-Sergt. Okey, and Corporal Broad. — Corporal Morton was elected secretary of the company. Bemunebation. — A B-am of £5 5s was voted Sergt. Mills, tbe outgoing secretary. The meeting then adjourned sine die.
