Webb's beach special claim it) progressing very well, and highly payable prospeots are being obtained ; he is working it on a different principle to Dredger's dredging maohinery ior two other claims, both of whioh have been prospeoted by boring rods. Very payable ground haßbeen proved for twelve miles in tbis neighbourhood, eight miles north of Greymouth, and four miles south of here.
