Loan and Mercantile shares continue to rise steadily, and now find buyers at 8 Is. Land Mortgage aro rather depressed, sileshvring been made at 19«. National Mortgage are offered at l's, with buyers at 10s 9i. New Plymouth Gas shares are off;red at *B. Now Plyoaonih Bash and Door at 27a 6il. Borne sh»rcs in the Taranaki Land and Building 'o^icly are ia the market; ulsa som* Wai' am Harbour Board 7 per crnt debentures. New Zeahnd Shipping shares have t >ken a siddoit rise fr6m 6n to 133, at which fl^uro thora nro buyers, Peveial sums of money are offorod for investment on good freehold securities.
