HOSPITAL REDUCTIONS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — No doubt the above Board have done wisely in reducing the expenditure in the management, but, although a ratepayer, I am sorry they have reduced the pay of so hard working a man as Mr. 13oyhan. If it is posßiole, I hope the Board will re-consider its decision in thiß one point. He is all Mr. McKay describes him, and a servant the Board, could not replace to advantage. — I am, &c, J.
