A French lieutenant, with a gamekeeper, while out shooting olose to the Franco-German frontier, was shot at yesterday by some unseen persons on the German side of the frontier. The persons are snpposed to have been Customs officials. The keeper was killed, and the lieutenant had his thigh shattered by a ball. , BULGARIAN AFFAIRS, Constantinople, September 25.
