To transfer the parcels of land described I in the Second Schedule; and now held by the I New Plymonth Municipal Corporation as a Reserve for the site of a Town Hall and Public Lecture Rooms and an Endowment i for the improvement and benefit of tbe Town of New Plymouth respectively to the New Plymouth Harbour Board upon trust for the purpose of a Street, 3. To transfer the parcels of land described in the Third Schedule, and now hold by the New Plymouth Harbour Board as a Reserve (being portions of the Mount Eliot Reserve, New Plymouth), together with tbe portion of the original bed of tbe Maogotuku Stream, in such Fchednle described, to the New Plymouth Municipal Corporation as a Reserve and Endowment for the improvement and benefit of the Town of New Plymouth. 4. To transfer the parcel of land described in the Fourth Schedule, and now held by tbe New Plymouth Municipal Corporation as a ReEerve for tbe site of a Town Hall aud Public Lecture Rooms, to tbe New Plymouth Harbour Hoard as a Reserve. * A copy of the Bill, together with a plan showing tbe lands ptopoeed to be affected thereby, is deposited ii the Uesident Magistrate's Conrt, at New Plymonth, and also at the Deeds Jt egistry Office, and is open for public inspection.
