Tho French and Russian Ambassadors in this city, acting under instructions from their Governments, have addressed to tbe Porte strong objections to tbeEgyp^anConvention! recently concluded between Turkey and Great Britain. The objections raised especially regard the clause providing that should internal troubles arise after tbe British evacuation had been completed, at tbe end of three years, Egypt may be re-occupied by British or Turkish troops, conjointly or separately, as may be agreed, for tbe restoration of order.
