MR. PARNELL'S IRISH BILL.
London, September 14.
In the House of Commons, yesterday, Mr. Parnell withdrew the amendment opposing the motion to grant precedence to Supply on the ground that State affairs in Ireland demanded primary attention, Lord Randolph Churchill intiniatiug that the date would be fixed for the disousBiou of a bill to be introduced by Mr. Parnell to amend the present Irish land laws.
