THUNDER STOBM AT WELLINGTON. Wellington, September 11. ' A thunderstorm passed over Wellington this morning, and there has been steady rain since. The Eace Meeting at Island Bay has been postponed till Monday.
Later. — The weather is now rapidly clearing up, and there is every prospect of continuing fine. The Island Bay Eaces will therefore be proceeded with.
